Our processing times are 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING. Orders may process and ship within 1-3 business days, however, to manage expectations BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. We do NOT guarantee processing sooner than 3-5 business days.
BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND Weekends if a package is returned to The Brown Suga Shack due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. The Brown Suga Shack is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
The Brown Suga Shack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Brown Suga Shack will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
